Is the artbook physical or digital?
At current, the book will be physical only.
If there are a lot of people interested in a digital version, we may consider it during the leftover sales.

How many pages will the book be?
At current, we expect the book to be approximately 80+ pages, with about an equal amount of pages per love interest.

What merch will be available?
At the moment, we have a plethora of merch planned, from photocards and polaroids to standees and plushies. Please follow our Twitter for future announcements.

Will there be international shipping?
Yes, international shipping will be available. Some restrictions may apply based on country.

Where are you shipping from? Will you allow group orders?
We are shipping from the United States. If you are interested in organizing a group order, please contact us through Twitter DM or email us at [email protected].

Will contributors get a copy?
Yes, all contributors will get a copy of the physical zine and merch of their choosing.

Will you open applications?
Applications for artists have closed.
If anything else is needed, applications will be opened on a need basis.

Is there a specific theme?
Yes, the project theme is a loose interpretation of cafe/maid/butler.

Will the zine be SFW?
Yes. While we do not mind any sexier themes, it should not be NSFW. Creators are free to ask about content if they are unsure.

Will MC be included in the book?
As MC in the game is up to people's interpretations, we will not have MC in the zine, but creators can utilize items such as apples, kittens, etc. to represent MC.

Cosplayer application guidelines
♡ Please submit at least three photos or videos of different male cosplays you have done.
♡ At least one example of a male cosplay would be preferred
♡ Acceptable forms of portfolios include but are not limited to: Portfolio website, Carrd, Instagram, Google Drive folder, Twitter moment, etc.
♡ NSFW examples are allowed as long as they are properly tagged, but please understand this is an event for all ages.

Cosplay Application F . A . QDo I need cosplay experience to apply?
We would prefer if you had prior cosplay experience, as we will need cosplayers at the event for extended periods of time.

What are the requirements for Cosplayers?
Cosplayers should expect to be in cosplay for at least half a day and be able to interact with guests, as well as take pictures with them.

How many Cosplayers will be accepted?
Currently, we are only looking to have one cosplayer per love interest. If there is enough space at the venue and we have enough applicants, we may take more.

Can I choose a specific love interest?
Yes, but we may ask you to cosplay your second choice if we have a preferred candidate for a love interest.

How old do I need to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 21 to apply.

Is this a paid gig?
At the moment, we cannot guarantee any monetary compensation. If there are profits at the end of the event, we would be happy to split it with all workers at the event, but it will be

What is this event?
This event will be hosted to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the game.
We aim to have a variety of photo areas, cosplayers, an artist vendor table,
and plenty of other fun events.

When and Where is this event?
When: The event will be on January 18, 2026 from 11AM-6PM.
Where: 873 Broadway, Sixth Floor, New York, NY 10003

Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes, the venue has an elevator directly to the floor.
There is a slight single step in the front of the building, but it isn't
so tall that a wheelchair wouldn't be able to roll over it. If extra assistance would be needed, please contact us in advance and we will have one of our staff members escort you to the back elevators.

Is this event for all ages?
Yes, but any minors should be accompanied by a guardian and will not be allowed to partake in the paid cosplay fan interactions.

Is this event for all genders?
Yes, all genders are welcome. We have a strict non-discriminatory policy.

Will the event be ticketed?
Yes, due to the scope of the event planned, the event will be ticketed. Costs will be going toward venue rental, merchandise, catering, paying event workers, cosplayers, and more.

What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy? Can my ticket be transferred?
We will not be accepting any cancellations.
Any ticket transfers must contact our team at [email protected] by December 31, 2025 so we are able to make the appropriate preparations.

Can I Sponsor/Collaborate or Donate to the event?
Yes, we welcome sponsors and collaborators! Please reach out to [email protected] to get in touch.If you simply want to donate to the cause, you can send it to our event host's Ko-Fi. We'll also have a donation option when ticket sales open.

Can I volunteer to be a cosplayer or staff at the event?
At the moment, we are not looking for more staff, but if you're interested, feel free to contact us via Twitter DMs or email at [email protected]. We'll get back to you if help is needed.

Can attendees cosplay?
Yes, we welcome all Love and Deepspace cosplays.We simply ask that you do not declare to be an official staff/volunteer, and respect all attendees, staff, and other cosplayers.
Please do not bring any props or weapons. Small props that do not disturb other attendees are okay.
